Do you deliver or is it pickup only?
All rentals are pickup only from our location at 18830 Woodfield Rd, Gaithersburg, MD. We do not offer delivery or setup services — this keeps our pricing affordable for you.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. Popular pieces book up fast — text us to lock in your date!
How does payment work?
Cash ($150) or digital via Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo ($175). A deposit may be required to hold your date.
How long can I keep the rental?
Rentals are for 3 days. You may also be able to pick up a few days earlier depending on scheduling availability. Ask about extended rentals!
Do you help with setup?
We don't offer setup services — all rentals are self-setup. Our arches are designed to be easy: most customers set up in under 20 minutes, and we send a setup video.
Can I request a custom piece?
Absolutely! Text us your inspo. We love building for our community — our Purple Iris arch was added because of customer demand!
Can I rent multiple items?
Yes! Many clients pair a flower wall + arch for maximum impact. Text us and we'll help you create the perfect setup.
What areas do you serve?
Pickup from Gaithersburg, MD. We serve Montgomery County, Prince George's County, Northern Virginia, and Washington, DC.
How big are the arches and flower walls?
Flower walls, square arches and N-shape arches are about 8 ft × 8 ft. Horn arches are about 7 ft and 6.8 ft. Heart arches are about 7 ft tall. Flower pillars are about 6 ft and 4 ft.
How do I book?

Do you work with event decorators and planners?
Yes, decorators and planners can rent for their clients' events. If a booking is cancelled, future bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes — we speak English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. Text us in whichever is easiest for you.
